How We Do it
At GDT, we only offer world-class service. Our goal is to help you by managing the process for you after the case leaves your door. Once we receive your order, we provide the shipping labels, schedule pick-up and keep you informed of the progress along the way so there are no surprises at your office.
Order Process
We are able to receive your requests by phone, fax, or email. Our staff is onsite and ready to service your office. We keep you informed of the order progress (using the notification method of your choice) until you receive it at your office. Payment is due before your cases are shipped back to your office. GDT must receive final payment before the cases are shipped.
Completed cases are returned in 9-12 business days (with no shipping delays).
Phone Orders
We are staffed 8am - 5pm Central Standard Time (-600 GMT). We do not use call-centers outside our office so you will always speak to a GDT representative that knows your staff and will make sure that you receive the service requested when you call. Our staff will send you our lab scripts (or you can download it here) and fax/email you a shipping label when you are ready to send us your case.
Email Orders
We are staffed and ready to place your order. We can mail, email, fax lab scripts to your office (the labscript is also shown below). We will email you a shipping label and schedule pickup of the case at your office, we can even order boxes and have them delivered at your office at no cost to you! We will keep you informed, via email or your preferred notification method, of the progress until you receive the package at your office.
Shipping
GDT provides the shipping label and schedules pick up form your office (access labels using your preferred method online, email, or fax). GDT informs you of the order's progress using your preferred method of notification.
Payment
GDT must receive full payment before shipping the finished case to your office. Payments can be made via ACH (e-check), Visa/MasterCard, or American Express.
