We accept digital scans from all major scanner systems. Cases can be submitted directly through your scanner’s portal or uploaded through the GDT Customer Portal for easy case management.
GDT works with virtually all implant brands, including those that utilize closed-system scan bodies. If you are scanning with systems such as Encode, Atlantis, or other proprietary scan bodies, we can accept the scan and coordinate with the appropriate milling center on your behalf. Our team will then complete the design and restoration to deliver a finished case ready for your practice.
Our standard turnaround time for digital cases is 7 days from the time the scan is received, and this includes shipping back to your office. For implant cases, we recommend allowing up to 2 weeks to ensure adequate time for ordering and receiving any required components.
For traditional cases sent to us through UPS, our typical turnaround time is 2 weeks door-to-door, which includes both transit time and production.
Boutique Services are designed for situations where you need additional support or faster turnaround. Options include next-day crown services, as well as same-day or next-day denture and partial repairs or relines for local offices. We also provide chairside services such as denture conversions and VDO transfers when needed.
